Our culture

We really like what we do, and we really like the people we get to do it with. We’re proud of what we’ve been able to build together – and we can’t wait to see where we go next.

We’re located in Austin, but our employees don’t have to be. Like many orgs, we’ve pivoted to remote-friendly work, and want to be sure our teams can choose how and where they want to perform their best.

Want to know more about what we stand for? Our core values are at the heart of everything we do.

Our core values are at the heart of everything we do.

Inclusion

When we say "All Stripes Welcome," we mean it. Building the best product, the best teams and the best company comes from inviting a diverse array of voices, backgrounds and perspectives to contribute, making them feel welcome and a part of something.

Innovation

Our success comes from creating better solutions for the problems our users and partners face. This means not only solving new problems, but finding new solutions to old ones.

Accountability

We achieve our greatest success by balancing personal accountability with accountability as a team. That means setting specific goals and owning the work - individually and collectively - to achieve those goals.

Candor

Frankness and empathy go hand in hand: Have honest conversations, give direct feedback and remember that we are all people here to do great work.

Collaboration

We can only succeed if we work together. Our teams, our colleagues and our users offer a wide array of voices, experiences and expertise; listening to them makes us more thoughtful and impactful decision makers and partners.

Execution

Thriving at The Zebra means getting things done and doing them well. This also means doing the right things as efficiently as possible, not just checking boxes off a list without thinking.
